PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
During the Elite Level Leader 16 week training, recruits are required to complete weekly business building MISSIONS and physical fitness BATTLES that will accomplish the campaign objectives of Elite POWER, Elite STRENGTH, Elite HONOR, and Elite WEALTH.

HOW THIS PROGRAM WORKS
The Elite Level Leader training program is designed to transform ordinary men into unstoppable professionals, athletes, and leaders. I’ve meticulously designed this program with a strategic and tactical military approach in mind. Just as Special Forces units plan and execute missions with precision, I’ve organized this 16-week campaign into 6 Business Operations and 6 Fitness Operations.

Within each Operation, there are daily Business MISSIONS and Fitness BATTLES, structured to achieve the primary objectives of Elite POWER, Elite STRENGTH, Elite HONOR, and Elite WEALTH.

Each Operation has a specific focus, each business mission sharpens a key skill, and every fitness battle builds your physical strength, conditioning, and resilience. This strategic approach ensures that, just like the most elite military units, you’ll progress methodically, building on your achievements every day.

So, gear up, soldier! You’re about to embark on a relentless journey where strategy, precision, and unwavering commitment to hard work come together to forge you into an Elite Level Leader.

The Boardroom is where you will implement the strategies and tactics required to become professionally Elite.
The Battleground is where you will build a strong physique through daily fitness battles to become physically Elite.

OPERATION DEBRIEFS

Each week we will meet for a live one-to-one video call for a MISSIONS and BATTLES Debrief. We will assess the week’s accomplishments, dissect what went right and what needs improvement, and determine the best path forward for continued success.

This is not just about completing tasks; it’s about evolving, adapting, and ensuring your victory Professionally and Physically. Our Mission and Battle Debriefs are your weekly compass, guiding you towards becoming an unstoppable Elite Level Leader.
